Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Talx Media (“Company”), operating under the domain talxmedia.com.tr, and all users who visit the site or benefit from its services. By accessing the site you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

The Company provides services in the digital field, primarily web design, corporate software, digital marketing, SEO, advertising management, brand design and consultancy. The scope, content and pricing of services are set by a separate contract or quote.

• To use the site in accordance with applicable legislation, public order and general morality,
• Not to attempt any software, code or attack that could harm the site content,
• Not to transmit personal or confidential information belonging to others without permission,
• To enter accurate, current and complete information in form and contact fields,
• To respect copyright, trademark and intellectual property rights.

All text, images, logos, icons, software, designs and other content on the site belong to Talx Media or its licensors and are protected under the Turkish Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 and related legislation. Copying, reproducing, distributing or creating derivative works without written permission is prohibited.

We endeavour to keep the information on the site current and accurate; however, it is not guaranteed that the content will be uninterrupted, error-free and always up to date. The Company cannot be held liable for indirect damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the site. The Company is not responsible for the content of third-party links.

The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the site content, its appearance, the services offered or these terms without prior notice.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Privacy Notice; the use of cookies by the Cookie Policy. These texts form an integral part of these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Antalya have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise.

• Some of our free tools (e.g. the link page builder) require an account. You must use a valid email address that belongs to you; the account stays inactive until the address is confirmed.
• Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility. Actions taken through your account are deemed to have been taken by you.
• Accounts are not transferable. Creating accounts with automated tools (bots), or creating multiple accounts in order to misuse the service, is prohibited.
• You may close your account at any time; simply send your request to [email protected].

You own the page you create with our tools and everything you put in it (text, links, images). The Company receives only a limited, royalty-free, non-exclusive right of use, to the extent required to host, publish and cache the page and to provide you with its statistics. This right ends when you delete your page.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of your content. The following is prohibited:

• Content that constitutes or incites a criminal offence, or promotes unlawful products and services,
• Content that infringes another person's copyright, trade mark or personal rights,
• Content that publishes another person's personal data without permission,
• Hate speech, violence, harassment, child abuse or obscene material,
• Links involving gambling, betting, fraud, phishing, malware or deceptive redirection,
• Impersonating content that appears to act on behalf of another person, brand or institution,
• Pages set up for unsolicited bulk messaging (spam).

Page addresses are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; you may not use brand, institution or well-known personal names without holding the relevant right. The Company reserves the right to keep certain addresses reserved for technical and administrative reasons and to withdraw an address upon the application of the rights holder.

To the extent that we host pages created by users, we act as a hosting provider (yer sağlayıcı) under Turkish Law No. 5651. Accordingly:

• We are not obliged to monitor the content we host in advance or to investigate whether an unlawful activity is involved.
• Where we are duly notified of unlawful content, we remove that content from publication.
• We retain traffic data relating to the hosting services we provide for the period required by the applicable legislation and ensure its accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
• Our identifying information (Talx Media, Konuksever Mah. Kızılırmak Cd. H. Çoban İş Merkezi B Blok No:135/2 Muratpaşa/Antalya, [email protected]) is published on our site and kept up to date.

How to submit a notification. If you believe a page infringes your rights, write to [email protected] with the following: the full address of the page concerned, the nature of the infringement (copyright, trade mark, personal rights, personal data, etc.), information showing that you hold the right, and your contact details. Notifications are reviewed as soon as possible; manifestly unlawful content is removed immediately and, where necessary, the page or account is blocked.

The Company reserves the right to remove content, unpublish a page and suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms. In cases of serious breach these measures may be applied without prior notice.
