Design, software and marketing are handled by different people; you have a single point of contact throughout the project. So expertise isn't diluted and you don't have to search for who to talk to.
We hand them over as agreed in the contract. The domain must in all cases be in the business's own account; we clarify this at the start of the project. Content and data always belong to you.
We define a support period with delivery; after that, maintenance can continue optionally. Security updates, backups and uptime checks are the items that are genuinely necessary; you either get them from us or do them regularly yourself.
Meetings are held online and we share progress regularly throughout the project. We have clients working in different time zones; meeting times are set by mutual availability.
