• Customer transaction details (quote, contract, invoice, request records),

• Marketing details (campaign source data, preferences obtained with explicit consent).

• Establishing, performing and terminating contract processes,
• Managing request and complaint processes,
• Carrying out invoicing, accounting and financial processes,

• Marketing, campaigns and electronic messaging where explicit consent has been obtained.

Your personal data may be transferred, within the personal data processing conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to authorised public institutions, our business partners, the suppliers we use (hosting, email, CRM, payment, analytics) and other third parties as legally required.

Your personal data is collected by automatic or partly automatic means via website forms, email correspondence, contracts, social media, phone calls and physical environments. The legal bases are being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfilment of a legal obligation, legitimate interest, express provision in law and, where necessary, your explicit consent.

• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically/abroad,
• To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• To request its deletion or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK,
• To request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred,
• To object to a result arising against you from analysis by automated systems,
• To claim compensation for damage suffered due to processing contrary to the law.

Under Article 13 of the KVKK you can submit applications regarding your rights in writing, together with documents verifying your identity, to the address of Talx Media or to the email address [email protected]. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest; however, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Board may be charged.
