KVKK Privacy Notice

• Identity details (name, surname),
• Contact details (email, phone, company details, address),
• Customer transaction details (quote, contract, invoice, request records),
• Transaction security details (IP address, log records, cookie data),
• Marketing details (campaign source data, preferences obtained with explicit consent),
• Account and membership details (email, irreversible hash of the password, account identifier, sign-up and last sign-in time),
• User-generated content (published page address, title, bio text, links, uploaded images),
• Published page measurement details (view and click records, referring address, device type; no identifier is written to the device).

• Delivering and improving the digital services offered,
• Establishing, performing and terminating contract processes,
• Managing request and complaint processes,
• Carrying out invoicing, accounting and financial processes,
• Fulfilling legal obligations,
• Carrying out information security processes,
• Creating a membership record, managing the account and authenticating the user,
• Hosting the page created by the user and providing its statistics,
• Preventing misuse of the service and fulfilling obligations under Turkish Law No. 5651,
• Marketing, campaigns and electronic messaging where explicit consent has been obtained.

Your personal data may be transferred, within the personal data processing conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to authorised public institutions, our business partners, the suppliers we use (hosting, email, CRM, payment, analytics) and other third parties as legally required.

Transfers abroad. The main providers we use and where they are located: Supabase — database and authentication (server region: Japan); Resend — notification and confirmation emails (USA); Cloudflare — domain management, content delivery and bot protection (USA). As all of these providers are outside Türkiye, using the service means your data is transferred abroad. For information on the basis and safeguards of this transfer, write to [email protected].

Your personal data is collected by automatic or partly automatic means via website forms, email correspondence, contracts, social media, phone calls and physical environments. The legal bases are being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfilment of a legal obligation, legitimate interest, express provision in law and, where necessary, your explicit consent.

• Account and membership data: until the account is deleted; upon a deletion request it is permanently deleted within 30 days at the latest.
• Published page and its content: until the user deletes it or closes the account.
• Published page measurement records: 12 months.
• Cookie consent evidence records: 36 months.
• Server access logs: for the period required by the applicable legislation.
• Records relating to contracts, invoices and commercial books: for the limitation periods in the relevant legislation.

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information about it if it has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically/abroad,
• To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• To request its deletion or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK,
• To request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred,
• To object to a result arising against you from analysis by automated systems,
• To claim compensation for damage suffered due to processing contrary to the law.

Under Article 13 of the KVKK you can submit applications regarding your rights in writing, together with documents verifying your identity, to the address of Talx Media (Konuksever Mah. Kızılırmak Cd. H. Çoban İş Merkezi B Blok No:135/2 Muratpaşa/Antalya) or to the email address [email protected]. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest; however, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Board may be charged.
